Alya Al-Askari Co-founder of Dash Group and a Communications Expert, with more than 20 years of experience in the fields of Media, Journalism, and External Relations. Her career path has passed through Kuwait News Agency, Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences, and The World Bank of Washington where she worked as the External Affairs Manager for Kuwait and the GCC for 8 years. Alya is also a Strategic counselor in the field of Psychology.

Mohamed Maged is an international award-winning creative director and filmmaker, and one of the notable alumni of the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles. He holds a master's degree in filmmaking and cinema studies from the Academy of Arts. And has worked in advertising, animation, and TV commercials. As well as holding the realm as the Chief Creative Officer, and director for various hit TV commercials and animation production projects.

Hatem is a well established Director and Producer who has been in the media industry for more than 20 years. Hatem worked with esteemed international brands directing TVCs, Documentaries, Feature Films, and series in Kuwait and across the CGG while developing creative concepts with exceptional execution.

Ali Al Hadi is one of the main pillars in DASH group as he is the person responsible for finding and launching projects in addition, to arranging financial aspects of any project and hiring crew members. Ali perviously was a partner in 8K production and headed the operations department in Al Kout TV. He also worked with a wide array of clients like NBK, Burgan Bank and produced a number of TVCs, TV programms and Feature Films.
